Our Goals

Exceptional service to all candidates and families.

Approachable, supportive and experienced staff.

Providing the best care for children.

Live In or Out Nannies - Our nannies work on a sole charge basis and are available on a full or part time contract. They all hold a minimum of two years experience and/or a relevant qualification such as an NNEB or Cache level 2 or 3. We have a selection of high calibre nannies ranging from two to twenty years experience. We will match our nannies to your requirements.

A Mothers Help can live in or out and differs from a nanny as they do not yet have enough experience to be in sole charge. A mothers help is not a cleaner but another pair of hands.

Maternity Nurse or Night Nanny - A Maternity nurse is someone who comes to your home after your baby is born and helps and supports you in the first few weeks or months of your new baby's life. They help with feeding, sleeping and routines and provide essential advice. They tend to work 24 hrs per day (napping when baby naps) for 5 or 6 days per week. A night nanny will allow you to get your much needed sleep whilst your baby's needs are met through the night. A night nanny will live out and work generally 8pm-8am.

Additional Services - Housekeepers, creches, babysitters, a one to one consultancy support and payroll service.

Temporary Nannies - A temporary nanny works on-call. That nanny may work full or part-time through our agency's service. Some nannies may work with our temporary service while they are looking for a permanent position but most are not looking for a long-term commitment with any one family - they enjoy the flexibility and variety that our temporary service affords. Nannies working through our temporary service can be booked for as little as one day up to eight weeks. If you need an extra pair of hands to a short period then a temporary nanny is your solution.

Nursery Nurses - Nursery Nurses work within a nursery setting providing daily childcare for children aged 0-5 years. Their role will involve planning and supervising activities such arts and crafts, music and cooking, helping children to learn number skills through activities like counting games, reading stories and providing other activities to develop skills, feeding, bathing and changing babies, observing children and writing reports on their progress, sharing information on children's' development with their parents to include being aware of health and safety.
